Founded in 2009, Create it REAL developed the worldwide first real-time processor dedicated to 3D printing and sell its high speed and secured platform to 3D printing manufacturers and leading brands. In order to accelerate our growth, we are looking for a high-energy and impact-oriented Chief Commercial Officer to join our expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- manage the entire sales process from the contact point to the signature of the contract and aid with technical, legal and financial aspects.
- implementing & managing a metrics driven sales methodology
- developing the client portfolio processes and strategy
- working cross-functionally with Engineers and Marketing teams
- setup and develop the channel partners network
The ideal candidate will:
- have 8-10 years’ experience in sales operations in the IT industry, experience in the 3D printing industry is a plus but not mandatory
- have the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- be used to accelerating project sales cycles
- have demonstrated successful history of negotiating complex deals
- have strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
- be self-driven, self-sufficient, proactive and highly organized
- have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- be fluent in English
Ideally based in Aalborg (Denmark), remote location could be discussed depending on profile and experience. Frequent travels to be expected.
